I am passionate about supporting schools to deliver high-quality PE and sport. I graduated from Loughborough University in Sport and Exercise Science BSc 1st Class (Hons) and achieved my PGCE in Secondary Physical Education. I spent nine years teaching secondary PE, holding a range of teaching and learning responsibilities. I was responsible for introducing the BTEC in Sport, The Duke of Edinburgh's
Award, and developing Gifted & Talented in PE. For the past 11 years, I have worked as the PE and Sport Coordinator for the South Hillingdon School Sports Network. In this role I have delivered CPD, organised competitions, and helped primary & secondary schools improve PE provision.
Our philosophy is centred on collaboration, quality, and sustainable impact. We believe the greatest improvement comes from training teachers and building confidence. In line with Ofsted guidance, we prioritise curriculum PE being led by qualified teachers. Specialist coaches can play a valuable role in complementing and supporting teachers, but not replacing them. This approach ensures inclusive, high-quality PE and sport that is enjoyable and accessible for all.
We provide high-quality CPD and training. We organise competitions and events that are inclusive and challenging to all children. We offer taster sessions that connect schools with local clubs, helping children to build confidence and discover new opportunities.
